Quotations and contracts
All works are carried out under a separate written quotation, order or subcontract agreement. Where those documents conflict with this website, those documents take precedence. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are based on the information and access available at the time of pricing.
Payment
Invoices are payable on the terms stated on the invoice or in the agreed contract. Where the Construction Industry Scheme applies, deductions are made at the rate confirmed by HMRC. VAT is charged at the applicable rate, including the domestic reverse charge for construction services where it applies. Retention is applied and released in accordance with the contract.
Intellectual property
All text, images, logos and design on this website are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce them without written permission.
Liability
We take care to keep this website accurate but give no warranty that it is complete or up to date. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
